Shipping + Returns
 

Fine Art: Original paintings are generally shipped via USPS Priority Mail, unless they are oversized, in which case we will contact you with shipping information. Artwork that is completed goes out about a week after it is purchased (after varnishing, if necessary). 

Prints and other items: Most of the printed materials we sell here and at whatlolaloves.com are made to order. The production process begins as soon as your order is placed, which means that we cannot change orders, and that they sometimes take a little longer than an original work to get to you. Generally these products go out first class mail. (New releases get Priority treatment, so you get them in your hands as soon as possible!) 

Returns.

Generally, all sales are final, but we want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you have a sizing issue, something is broken, or otherwise you just don't like your piece, contact us at lory@loryivey.com with your order number in the subject line. This email must be sent within 14 days of receipt of your order. After 14 days, all sales are absolutely final.
