DutchGapb_WEB The Negro as a Capitalist. - A private in one of the negro regiments guarding the revel prisoners at Point Lookout, Maryland, has received a letter from the daughter of his former master, suggesting that, as he is now earning money for himself, it would be a very pretty thing for him to send the family five dollars, or which they were in great want, and, as for herself, she would be much obliged to him if he would give her enough money to buy a new gown.
